spinta

Italian noun used in physics to describe a force acting on the external surface of a body. A famous example of spinta is the Buoyancy force, what keeps things afloat. It is defined by the Principle of Archimede as the upward force acting on an immersed body and equal to the weight of the displaced liquid.

dynamic

Literally defining something tending towards change. Dynamics is the scientific study of motion, energy and forces. Applied to a situation or group of people, social dynamics are the opposing forces within it, that cause it to change, continuously.
